10000/10. I love Ms. Kelai. She’s been in the hair industry for years so trusting her to do my hair was easy. Everything is clean and her vibe is amazing. I got a silk press, trim, she helped me wrap it and gave me tips on how to keep it sleek. Shes booked baby. She doesn’t work on Mondays so catch her some other time.

I do not like my braids at all. My friends asked me where I got them done for they can avoid it. The only compliments I get are from my nonblack coworkers/associates. The style is not full at all compared the pics in the reviews or her page. I really wanted to get some of it retouched but there was a schedule conflict and was only compensated for the deposit. I don't think the braids were worth $250 + $50 deposit. I have been going here off and on for a couple of years and had high hopes but after this visit I have to re-evaluate if it's worth going back.

Kelai does an amazing job on my hair. She is very personable and her suite is very comfortable. She works fast and you will not be in there all day. She has done pop smoke braids, straight back cornrows, knotless and 2 braids on the side. I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.

Let’s talk about a Hair experience excelling beyond my expectations. Not only does the dollar provide phenomenal customer service. She is great at her craft. She takes direction. Well, she knows how to look at your crown to be able to explain to you what works best for you and she’s. Efficient with her time she doesn’t overbook when you come in for your appointment and it’s this amount of time that takes she gets it done, thats amount of time it actually takes, If not a little bit less and talk about perfectionist she does such a great job every time Literally fall asleep and she will make sure that I’m looking like a model from jet magazine.
