Amazing service!! The greeting was amazing! The services were amazing. Towards the end of the massage I expressed my chest was tight and hurting, heather offered her breast and underarm lymphatic massage and it was the best things! I breastfed for two baby’s in 4 years and after thinking i was done i was still lactating and boobs were still hard and it was uncomfortable just doing certain things. After the massage i felt such a relief. I had better sleep, i was breathing better!! Highly recommended for prenatal and postnatal care! Check out my tik tok review!

If you’re looking for a luxury spa experience in NJ, this is it. It honestly felt like being at a high-end spa in NYC but without the Manhattan price tag. 4H Spa uses impressive AI diagnostics for their facials(as a first timer I got it for free) and scalp therapy, which made the treatment feel personalized, and amazing afterwards. The interior is stunning and very clean. ​The staff treats everyone like a VIP, going out if tgeir way to ensure you feel very comfortable and well taken care of, and the massage with stones was easily a 10/10. I expected to pay much more for this level of service, so the pricing was a pleasant surprise. It’s an absolute gem,I'm already planning my next visit and grabbing gift certificates for coming up birthdays for family and friends.

I’ve been getting lymphatic massages for years, and 4H Spa is the first place I’ve experienced that truly treats the entire body, front and back. They even begin at the head, which makes a noticeable difference. While many key lymph nodes are on the front of the body (neck and underarms), effective drainage also involves the back of the neck, torso, and legs, and they clearly understand that here. I really appreciate the thoughtful guidance they provide after sessions, like recommending a week of warm teas and warm foods to support the detox process. The results are absolutely noticeable!especially when you stay consistent with the home care. I try to come every 5–6 weeks. I had my first facial and massage and I was so impressed with every aspect of the spa. The facility was beautiful and my deep cleansing facial with the bubble machine was wonderful. I also enjoyed the 1 hour massage. The staff was incredible. I also appreciate that you can get discounted services when you purchase a package. I highly recommend this place for all your spa needs. Looking forward to going back!
