4Ever Young Med Spa & Wellness Center - Parkland

I really wanted to have a good experience here, but unfortunately my visit felt like a significant waste of time. I spent about an hour and a half in the office, which ended up being only a consultation on what they recommended and how much everything would cost. Instead of helping me move forward with even a single treatment, I was encouraged to apply for financing so I could spend more — which led to another hour of trying to unfreeze my credit. During that entire time, the injector never came back into the room. I understand they may have been busy with other clients, but at least to check in to see if I wanted to move forward with at least one procedure. The front desk was very nice. They checked in a couple times to see if I needed help with credit. I left with no treatment & wasted

They bought Ideal Image and since then it has been crazy and disorganized. They called me in the beginning of January to tell me that they bought them and are in the process of scheduling everyone. She didn’t schedule me then and said she was going to call me 2-3 weeks after. She never did and then I called every week up until recently where the past 2 weeks I have called every other day and left voicemails. They do not get back to you if you leave a voicemail just fyi. I was supposed to have my original Lazer appointment this week and nothing. I finally got ahold of them today and Jessica was very nice and scheduled an appointment for me in another location for Tuesday. I will update this after my appointment. I had such an amazing experience at 4Ever Young. Lori did my treatment and WOW I look so much younger already!! She was gentle, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable. Antonella was incredibly sweet, offered me beverages, and stayed with me through the whole process which I truly appreciated!! And Mattie at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming from the moment I walked in! Honestly the entire team was amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending 4Ever Young to everyone <4

Had a great experience getting a HydraFacial here! Mattie at the front was very friendly and welcoming, and my technician Stephanie was an absolute pleasure. Everything went smoothly. The extraction part was the hardest, but my skin felt super clean and refreshed after. Definitely recommend!

Previously a client of Ideal Image, which was acquired by 4Ever young. I must say I was extremely pleased by Rebecca’s service! Knowledgeable and kind! Loved her. Special mention also to the front desk girl (young blonde lady), she was extremely kind and welcoming, it was a pleasure working with them. Left a great impression! Keep this energy!
