What a wonderful facility went to do some recovery with a friend. The sauna and cold plunge sequence is amazing. I’m a runner so going from the heat into the cold plunge really helps, stimulated my legs and gave me the best recovery.

been with them for a year now....i have had great success and if you follow marco instructions you'll be just fine ....he has that knowledge of what i pay for...plus is a very enjoyable place to go...im 57 i have a shoulder and back issue...and have improved alot....did the cold plunge for first time...fells good when you get out..plus the coffee is the best around...thankyou guys
