I NEVER leave reviews or complain about a service. I am always nice to people in nail salons, but not today. I have always bitten my nails and unfortunately sometimes it may take a little while for people in nail salons to fix them and I understand that. HOWEVER, the entire appointment I had to listen to the owner tell me that “I bite my nails” while doing a whole new full set and said that was the only way to fix them. They are all different lengths, they are thick, bumpy and uneven. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and this is by far the worst gel fill I have ever gotten. Id like to start this ny saying ive never had a bad experience. Ive brought family and friends who have always returned and had wonderful experiences here. Today i had the honor of Maribel being my nail tech and hands down had the best experience yet. Even while busy she was so thorough and caring. Horrible experience and I never post reviews!! I asked if they did refills on artificial nails and was told yes ; the lady who did my toes did a good job but the woman who did my nails did horrible I had to tell her several times to reshape to clean the cuticles . The color is so uneven the shape is horrible and to top it off kept stopping to go talk to coworkers and show pictures ! I spent over 3 1/2 hours here ! And left not even happy . My nails are horrible and It’s upsetting I spent the money I spent and not happy with theses results !! I was excited since it’s down the st from my house but I’ll never return ! I am not one to write reviews but felt like I had to after my experience with this place. I went there to get a color gel manicure. The lady who did my nails finished it in 7 minutes, wouldn't even let it under the light for more than 30 seconds. When I went up to pay, one person said $25, while the tech said $30 (no consistency on pricing).The next day my nails were chipping. I went back to the salon and kindly asked for a redo. Same tech took me in. My nails are sore from her brute filling with the drill. She picked a different shade of red to paint my nails and when I asked her if it was the same color she said: "I dont know honey" without even looking at me. She only did the nails that were almost all chipped and filed the other ones. She did not clean my nails when it smeared and left

This is the first time I came here since it opened and I asked for a simple gel manicure. I got sloppy work and I was rushed out of there since there was someone waiting. She clipped the nails on my right hand but didn’t do the left hand. I asked for almond shape and every nail is a different shape. Some of my nails aren’t even painted all the way like the whole side of my pinky nail. I paid $35 without tax and a $5 tip for nails I need to now fix myself. Definitely disappointed and upset. All these good reviews are for the owner. If I ever come here again I will have to go to the owner only.
