My granddaughter went in to get a fade and the owner cut her hair off completely. He didn't know what he was doing. She just smiled and let it go but now she has no hair. He didn't know how to cut a simple fade not please with the service at all

Haircut came out so terrible I had to go to another shop to fix it.

Great place to go get your hair faded or your beard trimmed. Friendly and respectful staff. Great place to get your young son's haircut. Shannon is great with children with special needs. He provided service to my grandson who has autism for 2 years, now my grandson can sit and get a haircut anywhere.

To wait for over 3 hours and have someone walk in because they have the barber's phone number is absolutely ridiculous! If you take appointments, everyoneshould probably be aware when we walk thru the door. Not to wait hours only to be asked "who are you waiting on". This may not scare away business for you as you're deeply rooted in the DPH community Sam but you'll never receive another penny from me until you get barbers who respect for their customers and have an honest desire to make money. Period!
