A bunch of liars , crooks and thieves . I bought several different bonnets . I had the receipt in the bag with the bonnets I bought I never threw it away . I accidentally picked up the wrong sized bonnet. I took the bonnet back to the store with the receipt. The lady that I was talking to tried to tell me I didn’t get the bonnet from there and that is the wrong receipt. I’m like no it’s not the wrong receipt it’s the right one because I pulled it out the bag with the bonnet and that was the only place I went to purchase a bonnet . So she takes the receipt back and was like oh yeah . So then She rings up the bonnet and she is now saying it’s the wrong bonnet the bonnet is not theirs . I said again yes it is I literally bought the bonnet the other day ! She was like I don’t know what the per

2U Beauty Supply Store had everything that I was looking for. The customer service was very nice.

Convenient shopping ,would love if they open alittle earlier or close a bit later.

Dear owners- Nice you hire African American ls thats why I usually shop here in a our community. However... Just left store between 1 and 2p. The AA cashier w blue hair really needs customer service training! Shes very offensive. Referring to us customers as "MA" what is that? Then her foul language and swearing as she was unpacking socks- uncall for and most unprofessional. I had my baby 4 years of age with me. She's loud and misdirecting customers to the wrong aisles. Don't allow her to make you loose your clientele. You have been in the plaza too long.

There is a female African American young lady who I believe should be the manager of the shop. She knew more than the cashier that may have connection to owner or is the owner. The young lady was absolutely great in her customer service and multi-tasking while assisting many of us at the same time. Also heard her inform him the prices of the products more than one time. We can open our own supply stores because our talent, perseverance, wisdom, energy, business acumen is so wealthy. Praying for her success! Go visit and give her some kudos!
