I was a walk-in and got one of the best haircuts of my life. I told him to do the classic thin-the-sides-and-back-with-a-little-off-the-top thing, and he took the time to give me a haircut that fit my face. Very reasonable price for a deluxe haircut in an old-fashioned ambiance. Chill dude with an easygoing personality. Go here when you want to treat yourself and look good. Thank you!

I had a great experience! Very great hot towel shave, I was so relaxed. Jahmal really hooked me up. The ambiance is really what sets this place apart from other barbers, right in the heart of center city in a cozy little shop. Perfect location, right off the PATCO. Loved the jazz in the background. Very classy and focused on the client. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the cut was amazing. Most Center City Barber shops don't even know what a "shape up" is. Here you will get a sharp line with a straight razor as the icing on the cake. Atmosphere is really great and the jazz music just adds to the ambiance of the shop. They were so focused on me that even when a phone call needed to be answered they apologized and offered an explanation even though it did not bother me at all. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a high-quality barber in the downtown area.
