I LOVE 25N Coworking Waco! The staff are incredibly helpful and professional. The office space is extremely clean. The location is splendid near the iconic Waco ALICO building in a great location in revitalized Waco downtown. If you EVER need temporary office space or a need for a personal mail box for your business, I highly recommend 25N Waco! Six stars out of five!!

This place is awesome. I was driving from Abilene, Texas to Houston Texas in Waco was on the way through a quick Google search on my phone while on the road I was able to call in about 20 minutes before my arrival and when I was there they had a room ready for me! They were super nice extremely accommodating and understanding in my urgent need of a place to sit down to be able to hop on an important business meeting. Since I make this trip biweekly, this will be my absolute number one choice if I have to make another stop in any other day!

We love 25N for occasional meetings and just a day pass when you need to get away from the office to get things done. It's clean, well-lit, plenty of power outlets, courteous and professional staff...and fresh quality coffee! Waco is fortunate to have this top-notch facility.

The meeting went well. 25N team made it easy going. Luke/Nelissa were eager to assist with some technical issues on my part and Calvin had the drinks organized. Overall 25N it's the perfect place to hold any meeting/event.

We utilized this space for our company Leadership Workshop and it was a fantastic experience! Online booking was simple. The facility had all of the accommodations needed. Parking was easy. Staff was available and friendly. We will definitely be using 25N for future trainings.
