I reached out to inquire if they could do a specific style and ask for pricing. I received a quick response. I then sent two more photos and asked again for a price range and if they could do the style. I only received a heart reaction to the text. I waited two days to follow up and once again, received a heart reaction with no real response. This is poor customer service and I guess they are not interested in new business.

I went to get my hair done for my best friend's bridal shower. She put the braids so close to my edges that one was pulled out with my hair when I was taking it out. So I went back to get it redone in a different style. It was my best friend's wedding. I told her I wanted my edges out, she hands me to comb and tells me to do it myself. Which I can't see properly around my head. I wear glasses. So I did what I could and as a stylist you should know where someone's edges are. She left all of my hair out in the front. It looked so bad even the braids looked bad. I paid over $200 for both styles meanwhile the first style was a short style braids that came up to my shoulders. I confirmed with the owner before booking that they could recreate a specific hairstyle and was quoted $200. After the service, the style did not match the photo that was provided, and we were unexpectedly charged $240. I contacted the owner to address the issue and asked if the style could be corrected or adjusted. I was told she would follow up after speaking with her employee, but I never heard back. I am disappointed with both the quality of the service and the lack of communication afterward. ZERO STARS and the first pic was the outcome
