Booked an appointment with Jose. I absolutely loved him. He was very nice and is great at what he does. He knew exactly what I wanted. I had so many questions about my hair color and he was honest with his recommendations. He wasn’t trying to sell me anything. You can tell he wants his clients to be happy and loves his job. By far the worst service I have ever gotten. I booked the apt online provided my credit card information and security deposit. I received confirmation texts and emails saying see you soon! Only to arrive at my scheduled apt time to a closed salon with no one to provide a service. I had to call them to even get an explanation as to what was going on. Keep in mind I received a confirmation text for my 2! Apts the day prior. All they could offer was a free service next week. Why on earth would I want a free service with someone that can’t even keep a current apt. What a disappointment to say the least.

The best salon experience hands down!! I used Naome as my hair stylist. She came in clutch with a last minute hair cut, balayage and blow out. I walked away so happy with the results! Naome listened to what I wanted, gave me pointers and guided every step of the way. Trust her with your hair needs!

My best friend booked us appointments for my birthday to have us ready for the nights festivities and when we arrived the place was closed. Appointment confirmation was sent as text message and all. We called the number listed on the door and all the lady could say was that she was sorry. Not offering to solve the current problem. Extremely unprofessional and such a let down.

I loved the experience, Naome was amazing. She treated me with respect and very caring. I truly recommend her as your stylist. 💇🏻‍♀️
