Love my barber Barry, very cool & skillful. I use to get my haircut from him when I was natural, I went back to relaxing my hair and paying a fortune to the hairdressers. So now I do my relaxer & color and I go to Barry to get the cut, saving $$$. There's also 2 ladies who braids hair in just few hours.

I have been taking my son here for over 10 years. Barry, the owner is always responsive and takes care of him. I started bringing my neighbor’s son and my mother when she cut her hair. You will not be disappointed.

This was a great neighborhood find. I have had the opportunity to have my hair cut by both of the barbers and they both had me laced up. The price is pretty much the same as other places and it really feels like an old school shop where you can talk and kick it. They also have a few chairs for hair dressers. I would definitely recommend 227 Cutz to anyone looking to get a haircut.

I still travel over an hour from New Jersey to get a haircut from Barry. I’ve got some issues with patches in my scalp and Barry’s artistry gave me a wicked cut that blended in those patches. Never a disappointment with a haircut here. THANKS BARRY!
