225 E North Water St Parking

Don't park here! Apart from confusing directions, we got ripped off. We used Spot Hero and successfully scanned the code at the entrance. On our way out, we were asked to pay extra $41. We called the intercom and the lady was incredibly rude, yelled at us and told us we were in the wrong parking and we had to pay. I called Spot Hero afterwards and they said I was in the right parking!

DO NOT BOOK PARKINGS HERE! Do not use SpotHero! This parking isn’t working and is closed. You’ll lose your funds.

No identification to find the parking. I was looping around thrice to find it and wasted 40mins, simple build number board would have helped.

Same as the others, lost my money as well and missed the fireworks. The gps directions are completely reliable and the SpotHero website gave bad info. Good ol Chicago rips you off around every corner, never going back again.

After taking precautions about GPS failures, I headed out to this place and could not find it for 30 minutes. Had to miss an office event due to poor directions. I came in through Columbus Dr and entered the lower level but the north water st is not on lower level, only south water st is. After 1st failed attempt to find the place, I made a second attempt by driving around and getting back to the lower level but could not spot the sign or anything close to a parking sign anywhere near this address. Perhaps it is Google maps issue as the closest door number was 220 and then jumped to 240. There should be better way to get to this lot with more clear direction especially for dummies like me who have no sense of direction.
