2010 Nails & Spa

I have been trying to give this place chance after chance. The only great employee they have is Ms. Vicky. She takes her time and does great pedicures. This particular day I wanted to bring my friend here for her birthday to get pedicures. First the young man with the colorful hair is rude and lacks professionalism. The owner worked on her feet and he was great and personable. The lady who worked on my feet who specializes in the eyebrows did not even look at me. She did not great me and she did not talk to me the whole time. She insulted me for wanted regular polish telling me it wont look good. Just to try and get an extra couple of dollars. She had a attitude when I told her to fix one my toenails because I had messed it up while I was there getting my eyebrows waxed. This was the firs

I usually go to a private nail tech, but she was booked, so I thought I would try my luck here since it was close to my house. I got the deluxe pedi with acrylic toes added. That service was great and I would have rated him 5 stars. However, my full set was atrocious. The guy was super nice and kept me entertained, but I was so disappointed! I paid $130 in total and left unhappy.

While the shop is a friendly environment and professional, Vicky made my nails very lumpy and I came in with very smooth nails for a fill in! I’ll make them work but not worthy of coming in again ! Some nails are not fully polished!

This place is the worst nail shop I’ve been to! Came to get my eyebrows tinted walked out they turned gray. Went back, she wiped it off. Next day they’re gone, come back again, I get an attitude from the new lady for having to redo it, head pushed around while she’s doing it, bad redo service, and a half done job!! Find some where else for those eyebrows Sis💯💯

Me and my mom have been going to this one place for pedicures about 3-4 times constantly and has been the only place we’ve been to . On 08/29 we went to get pedicures and noticed that when they were done with another persons feet , they didn’t sterilize or clean the products after using them on other feet’s . Leading up to 10/04 (our last time going) We seen that both our big toes had fungus on them after drilling the polish off . We said something to them about it but they BOTH just continued to drill the polish off and continue on with their day . I’m very disappointed in this place … this WAS one of my favorite spots in stl but after this i’m disgusted!
