1st Spa & Nails

I have loved this salon for years so it pains me to write this, but the past few times I have gone to get a fill in, I have had additional charges that I have never had for the same service before. Today I went in for a fill in with 3 chipped nails which I understand would cost money to fix. I was charged $10 for a “nail fix” but a new fake nail was not even put on any of the nails, just the acrylic powder. I was also charged $5 for length, but this is the length I have always had and have never been charged for it before. I understand having to change prices but it would be nice to know in advance.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to this place two weeks ago the guy that did my nails was awesome which is why I came back today. Unfortunately he wasn’t there but the lady that sits at the first chair took me and started on my nails then when another very inexperienced nail tech came in she had me get up and go to her. Mind you I’m only getting a fill in and a cut down because I only do short nails. This girl did the wrong color on my nails I let her finish and told her it was fine. My nails are so lumpy and she didn’t even clean up my cuticles at all. Then had the audacity to charge me a extra $15 for length. I paid more for a horrible fill in then I did for a full set. Apple has been doing my nails since I moved here in 2019! I love her and she does the best nails around. I can easily go 4 weeks and my nails are still hanging on! She is also great at lashes and eyebrows. I won't go to any other salon. Theresa also does a great pedicure!

1st Spa & Nails has been taking care of my nails for 5 years. I can always count on them for a high quality manicure that lasts and garners compliments. Teresa is not just my nail tech; she has become a friend.

Tony was amazing, one of the best Ever nail artists I’ve ever had. The salon was so elegant, relaxing and beautiful. Definitely will be coming back.
