Today while waiting in line, the man was checking out an African women in front of us. She was trying to transfer over money to pay but the wifi was slow. She stated that and for whatever reason the man started saying something about "National Negro Association"....and not just once. He repeated it a few times for no other reason than being racist from what I could understand. There was no conversation going on that warranted him saying that. The lady looked at us in confusion and told him she couldn't believe he was speaking to her that way. She was clearly offended and my daughter and I also felt very uncomfortable. As she was walking out the owner lady came over and told her to have a nice day. I handed the owner the 4 bags of hair I was about to purchase and told her and him that they

So the mom at the store kind of just displayed her loud demeanor and talking while I was in the store for 13 minutes. The man was kind and helpful. They are a bit pricey compared to other beauty supply shops in the area but they had everything I needed just a few bucks higher than I would normally pay. I paid it and no complaints for the convenience. Not my first choice but definitely an option if I'm in the area in need of beauty supplies.

been multiple times and never have a welcoming experience. the lady follows you around the whole time. why be so blatantly racist if you’re entire demographic is going to be black people? The energy in there is very weird.

Didn’t greet me upon entry and followed me around the store as if I were about to steal. Very racist establishment and wouldn’t recommend to anyone of color.

Walked into the store and made eye contact with a person behind the counter. I was ready to buy products for an appointment tomorrow, however, the employee looked at me and put his head back down without any acknowledgment. I immediately made a u-turn and walked out because if the products are representative of the customer service ….A BIG NO, thank you!
