RUN — do not walk — to (Rebecca) Becky at 1972 The Salon. After three canceled appointments with my previous stylist, I refused to risk another hair disaster. My son (a colorist of 25+ years!) practically insisted I see Becky before heading back to Florida. Now I understand why. Becky is on another level. Precision. Professionalism. Presence. Energy. FLAWLESS execution. She has that rare combination of technical mastery and genuine warmth that makes you feel confident the second you sit in her chair. My hair looks incredible. But beyond that? The entire experience was seamless, elevated, and empowering. If you value your hair, book her. Period.

With all the talented competition in the area, this salon still stands out as my clear first choice. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this comfortable just being myself in a salon environment and excited with my service results! The vibe is relaxed, the team is welcoming, and the stylists, especially Becky, are on top of current trends without any of the pretentiousness you find elsewhere. I was also surprised by how many friendly conversations were happening throughout the salon. I genuinely enjoyed the natural ASMR of the chatter, the blow dryers, and the overall buzz of the space. Stephanie is amazing and responsive and super flexible. I was needing something done fast and she made it happen with the help of Karley who did an amazing job installing my extensions. Aidyn does my color so literally everyone there can make your hair dreams come true.
