I recently visited this place for a haircut and had a very disappointing experience. While the hairstylist was friendly and approachable, the razor used during the session was uncomfortable and seemed to irritate my skin. I didn’t want to address the issue on the spot, but the discomfort persisted, leaving a burning sensation even hours later. When I got home, I called and left a message explaining the issue and even attached photos of the irritation in their social account. However, it has now been around two weeks, and I have not received any response or acknowledgment from the salon. I expected better customer service and follow-up, especially when dealing with a concern like this. Went in as a first time customer Saturday afternoon. Was told my stylist was running about five minutes late. About 20 minutes later. They said that it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. Waited for 40 minutes and then got told that she was not gonna make the appointment. Be honest and upfront about scheduling conflicts. Very disappointed. Wasted hour.

Easy to schedule online appointment. Place was clean. Saw a newer stylist, Kat. Kat did a very good job. Inquired about what I was looking for, asked styling question as she progressed. AI ended up with a very nice, well done layered cut.

Best haircut I’ve ever received. Stacy is my favorite as both times I’ve had her as my stylist she has not only spent extra time attending to details compared to what I’ve experienced from other salons, but also educates me on my hair type for management and future visits. She’s also very kind! Couldn’t recommend more.

Stacy is truly a professional! She knew exactly what would look good on me, and she went to work, making me look good. I got the best haircut and beard trim since moving to St. Louis 5 years ago!
