Sarah is the best! She not only hooks me up with the best bald fades (Viking/mohawk/etc), but she’s also been amazing with my 10 year old autistic son, who had severe haircutting aversions. She was able to get him comfortable enough to sit in the chair, and followed the same routine as our haircutting therapist he was working with for years. Now he looks forward to getting a haircut with “Ms. Sarah”. Great with adults, and also great with kids. And great conversation too.

I recently visited 18|8 Fine Men’s Salons – The Woodlands, and while the salon itself offers a clean, upscale environment with a professional atmosphere, what truly made my experience exceptional was my stylist, Dana. From the moment I sat in her chair, Dana was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in delivering a great result. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions based on my hair type and face shape, and executed everything with precision and confidence. Got my haircut from Sarah and she did an incredible job. Very good attention to detail which is important while cutting hair. Was even pointing out how my hair was cut unevenly from the place I switched from. Also effectively communicates and doesn’t speak only with barber terms so it’s clear what is being asked.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was my first time getting a haircut here, and Vance was excellent. She did a phenomenal job and took the time to explain every detail about my hair. I was extremely satisfied with both the haircut and the products I purchased at the salon. Overall, it was a great experience.

Iv’e been getting my haircut at 18/8 for over a year now and since day one that I walked in and was introduced to my barber/stylist Sarah, I have had nothing but goodness on haircut day. I look forward to the positive energy walking in getting greeted, having a cold drink or a hot coffee. Then knowing when Sarah calls me to get in the chair it gets even better. I know my haircut will be exactly what I asked for over a year ago and professionally executed, I know the energy in our conversation is positive and the ambiance is set to enjoy.
