I can’t say enough good things about Jordan. She’s been cutting my hair since 2020, and I genuinely wouldn’t go to anyone else. She is incredibly talented, pays close attention to every detail, and truly listens to what you want for your hair. Every cut feels personalized, never rushed, and always exactly what I’m looking for. I consistently leave feeling confident and happy with the results. If you’re looking for a stylist who actually cares, listens, and delivers every single time, Jordan is it.

Over the past few weeks I’ve had to deal with 3 appointment cancellations in a row due to errors by the booking team. Even going in person to make the appointment wasn’t enough to get it right. Never have I found it so complicated to get a haircut. They give great cuts here but this really isn’t the way to treat a loyal customer. Didn’t even get an apology for the mixups either.

Overpriced and extremely disappointing. I explicitly asked Carin to leave length in my hair, and she ignored that request and cut far more than agreed. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, yet she arrived to work 20 minutes late. The service felt rushed and careless. My hair was not washed afterward, and I was left to style it myself. I don’t mind paying high prices for a quality haircut. I’ve paid just as much at the salon I previously went to and received better results, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Aside from my experience with Carin, the salon itself is nice, clean, and well maintained, and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. First time here and I'm so disappointed this is my first review in 10 years. I grew my hair out for months and showed a reference photo that only required light trimming and layering with scissors. Instead, Carin completely cut off way too much and I walked out with the Itaewon class haircut. Paid $70 for something I could’ve done myself at home with clippers. No attempt to follow the reference or preserve length. Extremely disappointing experience, especially for a first visit.

If you want the best of the best then you’ve come to the right place. If you’re not then that’s okay too but this is definitely your high-end gentleman’s spot for a great haircut.
