TRULY THE BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY OR BUSINESS. THE OWNER WAS GREAT AND FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT AND SO TO WAS HIS STAFF. THEY WERE ALL FANTASTIC. IF YOU EVER NEED YOUR ROOF DONE, IT'S WORTH THE CALL. THE CALL ITSELF WAS AN EXPERIENCE.

Very very nice building but it is not handicap friendly at all and lacks diractional signs. Otherwise great space

For an older office building, 1700 Pacific is a prime location that has kept up with renovations over time. Build to suit office spaces. 24 hour onsite security, recycling , and many amenities include fitness club, shoe shine, dry cleaning, full service car wash and detailing, direct access to the central business district tunnel system and the concourse restaurants.

This just happened. (2/27/21 1:30pm I had to post. I went in there to go to the Starbucks for a Uber Eats pickup. I never been there before. I walked to beat to ask. This lady was dead asleep! She had her earbuds on and I wan saying "excuse me ma'am" for at least 2 minutes. All she did was nodding her head. Totally asleep! I sure wish I would have gotten pix. lol
