This place looks like a "home depot" for nail supplies, it's huge!! And the staff were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back.

Love this store, I come from fort Gratiot all the way here. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Have a HUGE supply of everything nails. Running a small salon they are great always stocked, you can also do online pick up for fast trips and they deliver. Highly recommend coming here

I have a membership here and come to purchase product from them every week, they’re very familiar with seeing me here. Today they were extremely rude to me, simply came to grab some polish like always, at the register they took the money from my account and said because their receipt didn’t come out that means payment didn’t process. I showed them funds came out on my cell and the young girl at the counter didn’t care, she said she can’t let me leave with my product so I can either double pay or leave without my funds and come back Monday to pick them up if they see payment went through on their end. I called my bank and let her speak to them, the bank teller told her that the payment processed and will not return and it’s not fair to not give the customer the product. The lady didn’t car

Be careful when being a customer with this company. The customer service is very disrespectful and if their system takes your money, you’re penalized and have to leave without product until they tell you you can get your purchased items when their system is fixed with no regards or consideration to your wasted time and stolen money. And don’t even expect an apology for the inconvenience because if the manager isn’t there, the staff for sure won’t give you one, even if you do show your proof that their computers took the transaction and call your bank for them, they don’t care. I should’ve done my research before I paid for this $200 membership because I didn’t even think to read through all these bad reviews they have.
