168 Massage

Bought a Groupon from these guys 2 months ago and the receptionist and owner now tell me they do not honor Groupons. They tell me to get a refund from Groupon which is now only available in Groupon credits only and want me to pay for the same massage for twice the cost as my Groupon. You are better off going to another more reputable place. BTW, the owner greeted us in English but then pretended not to speak English at all in order to avoid having to facilitate a customer. Please see the other 1 star review posted which I didn't see until I posted my review. It confirms the exact same scam.

Language barrier is a huge issue.... do not purchase from Groupon if you want to receive service from this vendor. They scanned my unused barcode when I arrived and then told me it was expired and to call Groupon for a refund. I witnessed him scan my barcode multiple times with his phone but his language is set to Chinese or Japanese and I could not read what it was saying. After he scanned it hetold me the code was expired I continued to tell him that it was because he scanned it and when I came in and that it was unused and now it has a red lable over it that says "redeemed" their only reply was to call Groupon for a refund.... after multiple attempts to locate a phone number I found that It is impossible to actually talk to a groupon associate, I am still waiting on my refund. The couple’s massage was actually wonderful, but getting to the point of being able to use my Groupon was time wasted. I called to make an appointment and the first person did not understand what I wanted so they passed the phone off to someone else. I repeatedly mentioned that I wanted to use my Groupon and set an appointment. When we finally got to the point of understanding, I confirmed that I had an appointment on January 17 at 11 AM but then they didn’t ask for my name so I said “don’t you need my name?” She took my name and then I asked her if she wanted my Groupon number. She did not understand enough for me to relay the Groupon number although I tried several times. (This was an 18 minute phone call just to schedule a simple appointment. That’s how little they understand English).

If anyone is considering purchasing a Groupon from this business, I would not recommend doing so due to how unprofessional and rude one of the staff members was. I called on 2 separate occasions to try to schedule a couples massage that I had purchased on Groupon. The first phone call (12/6/2025), I requested an afternoon appointment on Friday, (12/12/2025), the staff member offered a 3 pm appointment said, “See you then” and hung up. They didn’t ask for my name, phone number, or any details I’m used to providing, so I called back on 12/8/2025 to confirm whether or not I was actually booked. I tried explaining that I was asking to confirm if I had an appointment on the books for 12/12/2025, but the staff member repeatedly misunderstood my question. I asked if I could talk to anyone else,

Much-needed relaxation after a long day on the golf course! I discovered this amazing massage spot at a nearby business center, and it was exactly what I needed.
