She went above and beyond to make sure that my little girl got the hairstyle that she really wanted. She stayed over after hours just to make sure that my little girl got her hair done. Her prices were reasonable, and I would definitely recommend anyone who’s looking to get their child’s hair done to go with 138. I’m not sugarcoating when I say this. I called her yesterday at like 3 something she answered the phone and told me that if I can be there in a hour that she would do my little girls’s hair that same day. It took me two hours to get there Just preparing. After I got there, she still accepted me offered to do a more convenient hairstyle that will last longer which I liked and my daughter loved over the actual style she wanted. I appreciate the efficiency of my braider Jen and communication with owner, my braids came out beautifully. I had a 9:30am appointment on a Sunday and she got me out by 1:30! I've gotten many compliments at work and plan to use Jen again in the future. Five stars across the board, Thank you ladies! :)

Excellent service. Owner and Braiders were very nice, fast and efficient with braiding. I received the exactly style I shown in picture. Color blend was great; I had 27/613.. Great Location. I got my hair done at this shop once before and was mostly satisfied. Went back again and had the worse experience. I asked for Bob and ended up with the mess below in the first picture. Contacted the owner and although she seemed apologetic, put me off to fix the problem telling me she was busy and told me she would reach out to me in 2 hours. Well in that 2 hours I did find someone who was able to at least even out my hair, that would be the second picture. After 4 hours she text me back asking about coming to the shop. No ma'am you have lost a customer. Please beware of this establishment. They are extremely slow, it took 9 almost 10 hours and I didn't even get micros. It took about that long the last time as well. Got here at 1pm Wednesday for small knotless. Great service , really nice staff and friendly. I love my hair and have gotten so many compliments. 10/10
