I have been to so many massage therapist in my life time due to my scoliosis and sciatic issues. This was my 1st time booking here and let me tell you, it won't be the last. I booked online with ease, got confirmation via text and got to select my preference on a package I selected ahead of time. The massage was exactly what my soar and tight body needed. The correct pressures were applied at the right places and my goodness I was in heaven. I fell asleep multiple times, if that tells you how great it was. The space and set up was so welcoming and professional, I felt at ease and comfortable the entire time. I had booked for a package deal, it was very affordable and so well worth it for this fantastic service. I felt new again for 2 weeks after. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Monique! Quick communication by text when I wanted to book a last minute appt and it was a GREAT massage. I told Monique about my current issues being in PT for an achilles/IT band strain and she took such good care of me. She focused on my problem areas while making me feel completely relaxed. I’ve been looking for a local massage therapist and came upon Monique’s business, I figured I’d make an appointment given all the great reviews. Within a few minutes of being on the massage table I knew I would already book a second appointment. She has made the massage room an inviting environment, and she listens carefully to your needs. I had a 90 minutes deep tissue massage and she hit on every issue I outlined. I booked my next appointment before I left the room. So glad to find an awesome local massage therapist.

A week ago, I booked with Monique at 13 stories wellness Spa. I had a such wonderful experience here! The massage therapist is extremely skilled, with a great understanding of how to promote deep relaxation and rest. The environment felt calm and welcoming, and the quality of the massage was outstanding for such fair prices. I genuinely enjoyed my session and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!
