I recently visited 12th salon suites in College Station while in town, and I was thoroughly impressed! The location is incredibly convenient—easy to find and surrounded by plenty of other amenities. It’s perfect for both locals and visitors like me. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous and has a professional and welcoming vibe. Everything is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making it a truly luxurious experience. You can tell a lot of care went into creating an environment where clients feel comfortable and pampered.

I'm an esthetician and massage therapist at this location. This is a dream location for small businesses in the cosmetology field. 12th Salon Suites is GORGEOUS and so obviously designed by someone with decades of industry experience. I love that the walls are truly insulated in between suites. I especially love that there are 6 outlets with a whopping 29 plugs for all of my equipment in my suite! I've been a business owner for 12 years, and I'm certain I have found my forever location here.
