Easy in and easy out for a reasonable price. Worked great for us to park here for the Shedd aquarium, but it would also work for the planetarium or field museum. And probably Soldier Field as well.

Loved the parking here—easy in and out. I reserved it through SpotHero and appreciated that there was someone assisting when I was leaving. Will definitely park here again!

Very, very tight parking. Had an awful lot of reserved parking spaces. I was there in the evening and definitely didn't feel safe. The only security appeared to be a Woman sitting in the lobby. She may have been viewing a monitor. I'm not sure.

On July 1, 2025, I reserved a parking spot via ParkWiz for $14 to park at this location on July 5, 2025, from 1:15 PM to 4:15 PM. However, upon arrival on July 5, the machine that was supposed to scan my QR code was not functioning properly and failed to read it. I was unable to reverse due to two vehicles behind me. I attempted to press the button to retrieve a ticket, but no ticket was issued. Ultimately, the only way to enter the garage was by inserting my credit card, which led to an automatic charge of $80 for an event fee. After attending my appointment, I spoke with the security guard on duty, who informed me that I should not have been charged at the gate and that payment should have been processed upon exiting. Lady on the help call was rude. Had difficulty with the scanner to get out and was charged for the extra minute since the scanner to get me out the gate was giving me problems
