I had a 10/10 experience with both the facial and the wax. This was my first time ever getting a wax, and it honestly went beyond great. I felt comfortable the entire time and everything was explained clearly, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Her energy was truly unmatched; she not only uplifted me but created such a positive and welcoming environment from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients, and that authenticity really stood out. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and extremely satisfied, and I will definitely be coming back and recommending her to others.

11.11 spa is a place of true bliss. Beautiful location, Great quality supplies, and an Intentional owner who puts her clients first! As a woman of color it can be challenging finding places that cater to all skin types! 11.11 does! I would HIGHLY recommend!
