100 Main Street is a beautiful building and is meticulously maintained by the owner. A conference room is included for tenant’s use which is a wonderful bonus. I’ve been a very happy tenant for several years, and my clients are always impressed with the building.
As an owner, Jill is very responsive to our needs in the 100 Main Street building. The building is kept up nicely and it is a conducive space in which to conduct business. The other tenants in the building are very nice, and respectful, as well.
Building management cares about the property and takes very good care of it. Building is kept clean and tenants are professional businesses. Rent has been fair and reasonable.
