#1 Polished Nails & Lashes

I have been coming here when Quin was the owner and never had a problem. I came here Christmas eve to get a mani and pedi and that chubby lady I didn't get her name. She's new to me never seen her there before. She butchered my hands!! She cut my cuticle and I told her to be very careful, but she went on to cut me 2 more times! I told her to stop, I am not letting you touch me again! How do you work at a nail salon and not know how to do a simple manicure!! The owner, I think her name is Kim had to finish my nails. I was not offered a discount for butchering my fingers. I will not be back!

This is not my first time coming here. I love love this place to the point that I am willing to drive 30 miles to for any of the services. I came on 10/11 with my mom and two nieces and we all got services done. I love dip powder and asked for long red 112 dip powder The lady who did my nails did not want me to get the dip for the length I asked for and recommended acrylics. I thought about it and still decided to get what I asked for. My nail tech applied a thin layer of dip powder. By Wednesday my nail was already broken. I returned 10/18 to get two nails repaired. The lady who fixed did not use the same color and she did not use dip powder. Instead she used builder gel which and left the lumpy and mix match. The red she used was much brighter than the 7 other fingers. By Tuesday my lump

I had a great experience here. They are so attentive and very friendly. I got off work late and I was able to get in and they worked until they finished everything, even though it was late they didn’t cut any corners or make any angry faces. They were just friendly through the whole process even staying later than what they are supposed to. So Thank you Kim and Jenny, great service!

This nail salon is simply the best. I’ve been getting my nails done here for the last three months. Friendly faces always make you feel welcomed. They’d be working on you without wait time since it’s so well staffed, offering you tasty drinks and doing the exact nails you requested. Best nail salon ever!
