#1 Nails

Worst place ever to go service was terrible they broke two of my nails in half, then sent me to get my pedicure with half my nails done. Then after proceeded to put me with someone who didn’t know how to do gel dip then it was rushed and my nails have fallen off a week later (note I was there for 3 hours) and I was charged a 155 dollars for it they didn’t give me any discount and charged me twice for removal of my nails. Was going to go get them fixed but nails just keep popping off very mad. Wish could give them a zero.

I’ve been a faithful customer for almost 3 years and never had an issue until today. I can’t tell you who did the nails but she was horrible. I won’t be going back She made my pointer and middle fingers not the same in the slightest and when I asked about it she said “ the picture had a shadow” and didn’t fix it like I asked several times. When it came to checkout I didn’t get the cash discount which in turn made me pay a 7 dollar surcharge to pay for an extra 3 dollars I shouldn’t have had to pay for. I ended up leaving and immediately going to a different salon to get the nails fixed since the original lady couldn’t manage to do it ( 1st picture is the example I showed, 2nd is the original work. I posted my inspo photo for reference. I took my mom for a girls day and we had the best ladies. Our nails look amazing. My inspo and my set are almost identical. The very best nail salon I've ever gone to and the only one I will go to.

Lena did my nails today. She was a pleasure! Very kind and friendly. Did beautiful work on my nails. I appreciate #1Nails. I was very late to my appoint tent today and they were very gracious and squeezed me in. I got the gel dip this time, at Lena's suggestion. They look great!

Honestly sooo beyond happy with my experience here. Cindy is absolutely the best nail tech I’ve ever had and she’s gained a forever client from me. She matched my inspo pic perfectly. Shaped my nails beautifully, and was so gentle with my pedicure, plus she is the sweetest!
