1 Nails

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to say something about 1 Nails. There were gnats flying around during my pedicure, the wait time was ridiculous, and the entire place smelled like sewer/mold. To make it worse, the technician cut my toe so badly I started bleeding m and it was brushed off like it was normal. They also automatically add 20% to your check with no warning. For a salon this close to an HBCU full of students on a budget, this is unacceptable. Cleanliness and basic care should be the bare minimum. Would not recommend.

. I was just going to let it go and give it to god.But now I'm stuck with going to a major event with open toes heels with terrible nails I paid for. Gel nails peeling not even 12 full hours. Major drips. I should of stopped the girl when I noticed her punching my sugar scrub on. Only guiding light the lady who did my eyebrows were great. But def a waste. Of a 50 dollar Pedi.

They are honest about what they can and can’t do,so you won’t be disappointed with the result. It was my first time here with my boyfriend(he got a men’s manicure and pedicure) and definitely won’t be the last💙Thank you so much for your hospitality💙

The hours of operation given are incorrect. They closed around 6:30pm on Wednesday. I came in asking for a design I thought they could do, they couldn't. So I asked for a coffin-shaped red French tipped full set. Due to the time issue, they rushed the work. I didn't mind that since I thought it was my fault for coming in late (I paid them a $50 tip as consolation). But my nails are crooked, they aren't coffin shaped, and there was acrylic residue all over my fingers that I had to fix myself when I got home. For new customers, please make sure they do your nails correctly. I will say, that they treat their regulars very well. Don't let my review deter you though. You may have a better experience than I had.

The older woman just stared at me when I asked her a question. The younger woman was nice and attentive. The gentlemen that did my nails was clearly making jokes and talking about me in his native language. I will not be spending my my time or money at this establishment again.
