Ellie is amazing!! I don’t usually leave a review, but it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She understood exactly what I wanted, did a thorough job cleaning, and left my toes well polished. The massage was professional and relaxing. I definitely recommend her!

Helen provides the Best pedicure, she pays excellent attention to details!!! The spa itself is relaxing, clean & calming. Thank you for continuing to make each visit welcoming Helen, you are one terrific person! Highly recommend.

I came in for a full set and a design. They overcharged me, used materials I didnt ask for (dip) said the design would be easy, fast, no problem. Took twice as long, the design was so far from my inspiration picture I ended up going back to get it removed. I can do better at home. Also, the thumb chipped in less than an hour. Charged me $90!!!

I had one of the worst experiences at Lee Spa Nails in Laurel Park Mall. After finishing my toes, they made me wait over an hour, after saying “just 15 more minutes.” I only wanted to change my toe color — no spa or extras — yet it took forever. When I asked about the price, it was exactly what I expected, but I later noticed they added an extra dollar to the tip without my permission. That’s dishonest and very disappointing. This is truly one of the worst nail salons I’ve visited — poor time management, lack of honesty, and unprofessional service. I’ll definitely never return and don’t recommend this place to anyone
